Replace floor boards in bathroom

We pulled out a bath and found the chipboard underneath rotten. We are part way through the reno and need an experienced builder to help us out, now beyond my DIY skills and we have plumbers and electrician waiting. HELP!!!! Also to nogg out for shower ( Englefield ) re gib half the room and install shower and bath nogg out for gib to bath top lip. Gib and ply flooring already on site. We also have house reno plans nearing completion with resource consent done.
