Hi, I would like to open the current divider walls between the kitchen and the living room. The current layout includes a partial divider in a square room, going to the ceiling. That partial divider ends inside the room with another short divider that creates a corner in the kitchen area. The idea is to cut an opening into the longer divider to make a bench/bar kind of layout, therefore these dividers may not need to be fully removed. I am looking for someone who can: 1) provide an assessment should be made to ensure this is the case; 2) provide advice on possible layout (e.g. taking the wall out from ceiling to bench height or simply an opening) follwed by a quote, and 3) undertake the opening/removal. There is eletricity lines going in the wall, these will need to be rerouted to maintain the kitchen functionality. The job may continue into building the bench/kitchen renovation if there is capacity. Thanks!
