Henry Street Bathroom Renovation

This 1970s home requires its bathroom to be upgraded. The space is around 3mx1.9m with a concrete floor - currently covered in carpet. Windows exist on one of the 1.9m sides. The following is planned; a new Vanity with waste, overflow & taps; standalone bath - waste, spout, and mixer; a new mirror cabinet with internal powerpoints; new shower unit - doors/tray, waste, shower head and mixer, a new heated towel rail, new lino, a small cupboard built for access to the linen cupboard, a new fan ventilation system and heater, ceiling and wall relining, new lights, and lined with aqualine. the bathroom is to be functional and relatively middle of the road. A contract will be required along with the names of previous customers. Visuals below give an idea of what we require - there are some changes since those were put together such as not tiling, a normal door, the bath's plumbing will be at the other end, and a 900mm square shower.
