Bathroom and laundry renovation

Existing bathroom 2.5mx3m. Job is to batt and reline walls and ceiling. Replace toilet , remove old shower and replace with bath, remove wall/door to make toilet/bath etc in the same room. Replace vanity, install heated towel rail, downlights and mirrored cupboards. Install underfloor heating and tiles. TIles above vanity. quote also wanted for Laundry -is 2.5m x 3m. Remove old cupboard and freestanding tub. Batt and reline ceiling and walls. Install new cupboards, underfloor heating, tiles and downlights.
