Bathroom renovation

Looking to renovate my bathroom. Unsure of the Size. Currently has a shower over the bath (can't see it in the picture but is to the right) I would like a tiled shower where it is currently and a freestanding bath under the window if possible. I would like 2 basins on the left hand wall of the bathroom. If possible I would like to keep the original rimu wooden floors. I will need a builder, and plumber for the work. I have a clear vision of what I would like but need a professional to size the job.
