Kahutara Rose Cottage Renovations

Extensive renovation of downstairs kitchen, bathroom, laundry. Remove existing kitchen/ bathroom / laundry and replace any rotten boards. Install new facilities (could be a DIY kitchen, bathroom, laundry designed and ordered by us if you don’t usually do this). If possible, remove wall between kitchen and dining. If possible add door between bathroom and living area. Develop aspects of outdoor /pool shower area including small dividing wall, outdoor shower and change area, and deck to hold outdoor bath. Coordinate plumbing and other sub trade requirements including install of gas gini type system and draughtsman if building consents etc required, and provide advice on getting necessary consents (including for below tasks). Depending on complexity, change position of windows in stair well, remove built in wardrobes, increase size of window in master bedroom, increase windows or add french doors and false balcony to attic room, build in box beds to attic room. Work on kitchen to be completed by Labour Weekend. Ideally all work to be completed by Christmas.
