Hi, we just bought a new house that needs rearranging of layout and updating of kitchen, bathroom, toilet. In the current layout living spaces are disconnected from eachother, as well as from our back garden. We'd like to get some ideas of what we can do with the current space (break through current walls etc), or possibly extend the house. Want to improve indoor/outdoor flow and improve access to the garden from living areas. Our budget is limited and will need to cover full house renos. We plan to do a lot of the work ourselves but need help with planning, design, consenting process and licensed building work. Cheers
