renovate sunroom

remove existing aluminum roof and channels , frame up with standard timber rafters , purlins and fit iron, change of pitch flashing, fascia and soffit line. Fit batts and line with gib board. Replace exterior cladding with James hardie boards to match existing board on house. Remove and refit windows to fit new cladding and flashings Note : I have checked with ..... from SWDC and he has advised there will be no need to obtain a permit for this work
