1. We want this bathroom gutted 2. Floor tiled where wood is not restorable with one tile up against wall 3 New vanity, bathtub, taps installed with shower curtain 4. We will keep mouldings in ceiling. We would like an insured master builder who will project manage this, so you be organising plumber, electrician and GIB stopper. Measurements are: 230cm x 170cm and 240cm from floor to ceiling. Small bathroom. We will paint it ourselves and source the bathtub plus vanity, taps and tiles. Budget is 15 - 18k with us buying the fixtures.
