New bathroom and toilet

Hi, my house has two levels. currently, only upstairs got a bathroom and a toilet. downstairs only a toilet and a laundry room. I'm thinking to covert a part of the internal single to a bathroom with shower and toilet. I can buy my own shower box, vanity and toilet, but would need someone to do all the plumbing to install it. the floor is concrete foundation and block brick wall. Please let me know if this can be done and roughly how much it will cost. Thank you
