Undermount bath with timber

We are looking for a quote to install an undermount acrylic bath (interior) as per the specs attached. We would like to use timber as the main material but we would need some advice regarding which type of wood (and treatment/coating) would be needed for a wet environment like this. This bath is located in an alcove of our ensuite. This is for a new build. We will be sourcing the acrylic bath and the tapware ourselves.
