Bathroom update
Job description
I am looking for a reliable, efficient, precise person to renovate a bathroom. It will require lining the walls and ceiling, either sanding the floors or putting pinewood look panelling down, depending on the quality of the floor boards underneath the vinyl (which will need to be lifted). The house is a villa and approx. 100 years old. The old iron bath will need to be removed and a refurbished bath plumbed back in. I am requiring a heat/ extractor fan fitted too, which will require an electrician as I require it to be certified. I am looking for a written quote and suggestions first, then work started in mid July

Its a very late review, but I feel I need to do one. Finn was very reliable, he turned up first off to look at the job on time and sent the quote when he said he was. The start date of the job was decided between us and he started on the day we decided on. Finn was very accommodating and open to any ideas I had. He was very particular and made sure I was happy with the end result. Finn went far and beyond what I expected.
