Needing a quote for insurance to repair damage from water pipe leak under kitchen sink between kitchen and dining. Plumber has repaired leak to prevent further damage where possible. Timber cabinets need removing and replacing due to swelling. Particle board flooring under vinyl planks needs replacing due to swelling. Vinyl planks need replacing. Underfloor insulation may need replacing.
