Older villa reno

We have several jobs: It is an older villa 1. Bathroom renovation: Shower has leaked, rotten boards. We are going to gut the ensuite bathroom, new tiles, shower and vanity 2. Bedroom floor: lifting carpet and corner of bedroom, removing borer damaged timber flooring and joists. Possibly repack a couple of piles? There will be other small jobs, but will need to show and discuss to enable trade to quote. Please dont contact if you are not relatively local, or if you cant start Mid Feb
