New bathroom

Have started the process of installing a new bathroom in a 100 year old property to better suit the flow of the house but have now been told a building consent will be required due to addition of new toilet. Internal Walls have been removed and new bathroom area Partially framed up, drain layer about to start work this week, and plumber laid pipes under house ready to be connected once new bathroom installed (new gas hot water). however with consent now required things have come to a stand still and seeking expert knowledge and skill to assist with consent application process and finishing off the bathroom area. Also requires installation of an external window. Toilet, vanity and shower already purchased. To be completed within 3 months.
