Bathroom renovation in Rolleston. I really want a professional finish here so please only apply if you are an expert in high quality finish. I need: -Old toilet removed and a new one installed -Old shower removed -Water damaged wall and skirting remediated (new sections of gib will be required) -Old vanity top replaced with a more modern one. If possible I'd just like to replace the vanity top, but if need be the the whole vanity can be replaced. -Sealing around all joints (has to be exceptionally tidy job) -You will need to ensure a qualified plumber does all required plumbing work So your quote would need to include providing of parts: -New toilet (modern) -New shower / mixer / head -New vanity top, perhaps whole unit -New mirror (if can't be re-used) -Gib / skirting etc I'd want to see what images of the toilet/shower etc first to make sure it's what we wanted before proceeding. I will arrange myself: -Gib stopping / painting -Vinyl replacement Because I'm doing the vinyl replacement myself you'll need to remove the toilet one day, give me a night to put down the new vinyl, and install the new toilet another day. Something similar will need to happen in the bathroom area. I *believe* that the vinyl is laid underneath the vanity.
