Upstairs Bathroom Renovation

The upstairs bathroom of our 120 year old villa requires a complete remodel. The room is 2.1 m x 3 m with a two level roof 3.3 m dropping down to 2.5 m. The floor is currently carpet with hardboard and Pinex walls, a large cupboard and an existing bath. There is a also a window that has been partly installed by the previous owners but remains unfinished. We want to completely strip the interior, get rid of the existing cupboard and bath, reline the room (and insulate at the same time), install Newker 195mm x 195mm patterned tiles on the walls up to about 2 metres, tile the floor (possibly with Carrara marble tiles 305mm x 305mm tiles). We will provide all of the tiles. We ideally want a 2 person shower installed where the existing cupboard is. A vintage sink unit similar to the current one but with a mixer which we will provide. An extractor fan, new cupboard unit or shelves, hooks and all the usual bathroom stuff. We have a plumber already (although we're happy for you to use your own). We're open to variations on this plan.
