Removal of Load Bearing Walls

Hey all, We are looking for someone to remove two load bearing walls and replace these with supporting beams to create an open plan living space (calculations etc all done by the architect, all council consented). Preferably this same person could complete the rest of the proposed works - refitting of a new kitchen and bathroom, a false wall, putting in an external door, removal of a fireplace with a concrete chimney, and replacement with a new woodburner fireplace. All proposed works have been consented, a couple of the plans pages are attached to this ad. You are welcome to stay at the house while completing the work, if you're from out of town, and we could definitely work out some free family-stays if you're in need of a holiday home at Mt Ruapehu!
