Hi all,

We have gained council consent for the below renovations to our holiday home in Raetihi.

However, the builders in the area that I have spoken to are all booked up for over 6 months.

This is a call out to see whether there are any builders nearby able to complete the project sooner.

It’s a fairly large job, therefore this would not really be appropriate for anyone who would have to travel a fair distance.

It involves: removal of 2x load-bearing walls, installation of the replacement beams (architect specs are completed). Kitchen and bathroom and laundry removal. Installation of new bathroom and kitchen (in different place).

We have our plumber sorted.

Further detail would be best via phone, if there are experienced builders available.
