Replacing existing kitchen

Hi, We are looking for a contractor to remove the existing kitchen at our investment property and install the new Flatpack kitchen in the week of 24th January. We would like to keep the existing tapware. There is no other appliances (existing freestanding stove remains) so should be a simple installation. The new kitchen has a wall microwave unit between the two windows (see photos). After the based are installed we will also need measurements taken for the benchtop and the splashback and have them installed once they are ready. Thanks
