Replacing vanity unit and shower stall

Replace a 2 basin1200mm vanity unit with a 1 basin unit 1200mm unit (Such as a 1200 Lexa Floor standing single basin vanity). As per the photos, the water taps come from the back wall but the basins feed to a single central floor drain. The shower is a 9x9 to be replaced with something similar like a White LeVivi Cabris 9x9 Square 2 Sided Flat Wall Shower and White LeVivi Cabris 10x10 Sided Square Flat Wall. As per the photos, the current wooden framing has some water damage which would need replacing.
