Renovation of relocated dwelling

We are in the process of submitting consent to our local council to relocate a second hand dwelling onto our property in Hamurana. All going well the house will be lowered onto piles between 23rd & 30th May. Once strip out is completed (by us) the house will need (this is a very general overview - detailed plans will be available this week) - Joists, bearers ad subfloor installed to an approx 3.5*7m section of the house which has been raised from a concrete base - New bearers installed to certain sections of the subfloor- denoted on plans (in line with building code changes) - Fixing of house to new piles - New walls installed to create new rooms (as per plans) - Sections of existing wall framing infilled (as per plans) - Insulation added to walls - Cladding removed from exterior walls of bedroom 3 & 4, new joinery installed, walls insulated and new Coloursteel cladding installed (as per plans) - Exterior section of house (photo "House-Wall-Popout) wall extended out in line with rest of building. - Services installed to new kitchen and bathroom. - Gib, stop, finish and paint to new internal walls - Plumbing work as per plans - Electrical work is already arranged - Decking to exterior sections (as per foundation plan) of house. PLEASE NOTE all timber and materials can be supplied by us but as a minimum the bearers, internal framing and decking timber will be supplied (already purchased) More details and full set of plans will be provided for quoting purposes.
