Convert to Open Plan

Hi, We have a 1970's two storey home in Springfield, Rotorua.... We're wanting to structurally renovate our downstairs area to make our kitchen & lounge an open plan zone. Wall removal, beams etc are likely to be needed and once that's done, the installation of our new kitchen. We're not quite sure where to start with plans... Keen to have someone contact us to organise a consultation. Cheers.
