Complete Bathroom Renovation with Floor Repair

I'm in need of a full bathroom renovation. There was a leak behind the bath and has softened the floor under the bath and half of the floor in an adjacent room opposite the bath. I want a replacement of all new walls, floor, window sill, new ceiling with a new bath installed with new shower/bath fixtures, glass shower fixture(instead of curtain). I need a new vanity with mirror and an extraction fan. I will vinyl floors at a later date. I also need a part floor replacement also in the opposite room where the floor has softened from the leak and the wall patched up from the plumbers cut out. I would like the bathroom painted. This bathroom isn't that big and is quite small in size. Thanks
