Renovate to update old bathroom: 1. Strip bathroom of wall linings, Ceiling linings, vanity & bath 2. Remove floor as soft in places. Frame out perimeter of bathroom floor. 3. Fit new H3.2 Plywood on to walls and ceiling. 4. Fit new insulation to walls & ceiling. Fit new aqualine gib. 5. Fit new lining/tile/hardiglaze smooth to shower walls & ceilings for wet area 6. Painting of walls away from bath/shower Plumber to do following separately: 1. Plumbing re-piped & new waste installed] 2. Plumber - Fit new vanity, mirror, shower, ceiling light, fan & heated towel rail. Work can be done between 1 March - 3 April 2020. Mark from BUC started out well but due to lockdown and not being able to into NZ with COVID a small bathroom repair took 3 months to complete work. Plus in the endMark failed to return money that was paid into his account, essentially stealing money and ignoring my calls, texts, emails and messages to have it returned - stealing the money. Sadly whilst we wanted to recommend and use Mark in the future, he is not honest or trustworthy, so take all care and be cautious of materials and money.
