Pandora renovation

i need a bathroom to be cleaned out and replaced with a new bathroom based on the layout of the old bathroom. The kitchen needs a tidy up, new stove, bench top sink taps etc. The cupboards to be checked over repainted and modern handles fitted. This a rental property. There may be more work but this is a start. Work to commence around the end of October.
