Lounge extension

We'd like an extension on the front of our house to make another room. The currently exterior ranchslider will be removed and internal sliding doors fitted. Internal wall removed between lounge and entrance. Entrance removed and internal wall built to replace. Gib removed and sound proofing materials installed in wall between bedroom and new lounge. New lounge area will be approx 3.6 or 4m deep and approx 7m wide. New double glazing window on driveway end and sliding stacker doors on front. Time frame: Ideally complete before Christmas but not essential. Can you draw up plans? Or recommend someone?
