A disappointing job. Dan turned up late and left early, so didn’t put the time into the job. He worked 2 part days, didn’t come the following week until I phoned him.. at this stage he asked for payment and I told him that Builders Crack advised against upfront pment. I Paid him half-he said that was his terms. He returned to the job after sending an Acnt for an extra $1560. Which I refused. Dan boasted about his workmanship. The work is unfinished. The photos are his completed effort.
