Shub in thermal apartment

Upstairs thermal apartment in Rotorua with access to an exterior walkway. The shower head has broken and water is issuing onto the outside walkway. It is time to install a new shub, shower system. The vanity and toilet were replaced when they broke some years ago. The shub was probably done in 1985. I have stopped using the shower and can continue using the bath and a bucket system so this is not very urgent. I need information and advice because I don’t know what is involved. I suppose carpentry and floor covering will be needed as well. My budget is not high but I will pay for decent quality. I live here myself.
