Bathroom reno.

We are needing a bathroom reno/ repair job in Fordlands. We purchased the property about 3 years ago and the bath, flooring under neath and gib behind new seritone was replaced as the shower wall tiles were not sealed properly and water was seeping through the wall. The floor tiles obviously have the same issue and the tenants have said they have lifted so water has gotten underneath. Ideally we are hoping to remove floor tiles and vanity. Replace floor underneath, instal new vanity and laminate flooring. Depending on the extent of the damage, the bath may have to be removed to replace the entire bathroom floor. Bathroom is quite small - about 1.7 x1.7. Definitely hoping to get this sorted before Xmas if possible.
