Replace old alcove shower with new tray/liner etc
Job description
The existing shower base is leaking and needs replacing. At the same time it would be good to install new modern fittings since the shower liner would need to come off. The existing floor will need slight reinforcing as the existing install cut a hole too large for the floor which has most likely assisted the tray cracking This needs to be completed fairly hastily as the property is currently tenanted

Farman came to my rescue when I discovered a leak in our rental which needed a full shower replacement. He was able to start later that week and got the job completed to a great timeline despite a few hiccups uncovered with an older house. Great communication letting me know of the progress and working around the tenants as well. Farman even came out to my house on the weekend and installed a new toilet unit Would definitely use him again!
