Refresh two bathrooms

Two bathrooms need to be refreshed. Current fittings / baths etc need replacing due to age / deterioration. Shower has cracked floor for example. Keep costs down as not forever home, and don't want to over capitalise. We don't require tiling on the walls, and floors, and we can do any painting, but open to ideas / options. Upstairs: Keep same layout. New shower over bath, vanity, fittings, toilet cistern - possibly toilet? New floor covering Also need extractor fan, and possibly lining of walls is required for shower New Shower over bath needs to be usable before downstairs shower is taken out of action. Downstairs: Keep same layout. New shower box, vanity, tub, fittings, toilet cistern - possibly toilet? Also need extractor fan, and possibly lining of walls is required New floor covering Shower box wall closest to vanity should/can be rebuilt, and wall furthest away is solid wood panel. Toilet is around the corner. Need to ensure standard washing machine can fit into space - narrower tub maybe. Challenge: Walls are *not* timber frame and gib. They are solid wood panels about 35mm thick, so a dummy wall may need to be created to house pipes etc in upper bathroom for shower over bath. There appears to be room at the end of the current bath for this. (See photo)
