renew old kitchen

I want the color of my kitchen cabinets changed.. I have been told its possible to dismantle.. have cabinets repainted in auto grade paint and reassembled.. I have one small wall (not load bearing) I want removed ... it is just the end wall making a space for a fridge.. house has been rented out for years and we are now living in it.. so other work will be needed too as we go along.. we want a new kitset garage assembled too..
