Stripping bathroom

Hi, we have relocated a house onto my uncles section, for my dad. It looks like an old 70s Lockwood. We want to do a bathroom Reno and put in another toilet but before that we need to ascertain where a leak is coming from, its either the wall (window where the shower is) or it looks like the seal has moved away from the bath and the water is running between the wall and the bath. Either way, i am looking for somebody who is able to strip it back to bones. Vanity out, bath out, linings of the walls, vinyl of the floor. Dad will probably want to try and he is a very capable 70 (cabinet maker three days a week still) but I dont want him doing the really heavy stuff on his own. And to be clear, its not to help him do it. It is to quote for you doing the job. So over to you... i will be up there on Friday and will add photos. Thanks,
