1 garage conversion into bedroom and 1 garage renovation

Project is to renovate 2 garages below the main level of the house: the first garage to be converted into a bedroom, the second garage to be upgraded and improved. Plan & execute the work according to the architect plans, supervise trades work, manage the Council's inspections. Timing: start the renovation asap and complete within 2 months or less. All documents (project details, plans, pictures) are in Dropbox folder --- / --- kSRa?dl=0 The site is ready for the construction. Architect plans approved by the council. Demolition work 90% completed. Tested for asbestos and not present ---Part 1: Conversion from garage to bedroom 3--- The East wall, which has a garage rolling door and a door will be transformed into a full wall with a concrete nib wall. The West wall will have a sliding window installed and the current door removed. The South wall will remain the same, with the 2 existing windows reset properly if required. The North wall (internal) will have a door installed. The East, South and West wall will be clad with weatherboards matching the rest of house The workscope is: Concrete nib wall, wall frame construction, joinery (new door and ranch slider), wall insulation, GIB installation, heat pump, electrical Optional: painting and laminate floor ---Part 2: Upgrade garage--- Improve the 2nd garage to be fully closed and better laid out as a utility room/garage. The East internal wall is to be constructed and isolate entirely the garage from the underside of the house and preserve access to it by a hatch. The wall will include a 1 meter deep ledge running over the existing concrete retaining wall which will be used as a laundry corner and work bench. The sliding door on the West wall is to be replaced by a hinged door. The workscope is: build 1 wall with ledge, nib wall reinforcement, replace 1 door, electrical, plumbing for laundry corner Optional: GIB boards, painting, carpeting
