We are in a 1980's macrocarpa house with diagonal tongue and groove finish. Some boards need replacing. Also due to the diagonal finish we need re-finishing around the windows and some floor boards replaced due to water damage and possibly some framing may need to be replaced. The photo's are to show what it looks like.
