The bathroom is approx 9 metres Square, tiled floor, free-standing iron bath, toilet and bench with vanity along one wall. Want to upgrade the room to more of a 'wet room' - there is a shower hanging over the bath at the moment. May or may not keep the bath. Need to ascertain if the current waterproofing is up to standard. one small window and an extractor fan.
