Complete Bathroom Renovation & Kitchen/Dining/laundry tile
Job description
Complete bathroom renovation. Walls and floor to be tiled approx 12 sq m (not tiled currently). install underfloor heating, New shower installed (3 sides plastic, glass door) floor in front of shower is soft and needs replacement, replace in-wall mirror/shelving, in wall cabinet, new vanity, new toilet. Electrical work: install new heater, down light, underfloor heating, extractor fan, heated towel rail, power point. All items have already been purchased from extractor fan, tiles, shower, toilet, vanity, mirror, cabinet, towel rails, new shower slide, even the soap dish etc. Items are going back into the same location so building permit not required. Kitchen, laundry and toilet remove lino and install tiles (supplied) area consistent with small 3 bedroom home. Registered people only please who can supply producer statements. (ex council worker, payment will be on job completion only)

Darryl really is an expert in bathroom renovations, giving me options I didn’t even know to ask for. Crucially he has a great group of subcontractors so he can schedule work to ensure the minimum of downtime during renovations, completing the job ahead of schedule. An important factor when you only have one toilet and shower! Darryl is highly communicative and kept me updated daily. The extras on the job were clearly agreed with no surprises on the invoice. Yes I would use Darryl again
