New ensuite

To turn this room (junk) adjacent to bedroom into an ensuite. Must have: walk in shower, toilet, bidet, vanity. Prefer full wet room. Want full tiling on walls and floor. Measures 3m x 2m. End wall with door and windows needs to be replaced with a wall. Brown door wall goes to the bedroom. Large window needs to stay but be reglassed with privacy glass. Natural gas runs throughout house, and closest point is 3 meters from this room. Would like an instant hot water system. Would like underfloor heating of tile floor. Plumbing does not reach this end of house and is about 17 meters from this room. The room has power. Existing windows and brown door need to be cleaned up and painted. Am happy to purchase all fixtures and fittings, tiles etc separately. Need builder, plumber, tiler, electrician/gasfitter.
