Totally gut the bathroom. Remove wall between bathroom and toilet. Take out toilet door and replace with a wall. Remove bath and old basin replace with vanity and .basin and shower. Toilet to be repositioned Walls and part of ceiling to be replaced. Put vinyl on bathroom and toilet floors. Expelair or similar to be installed
