Upstairs bathroom reno including - Install floor waste and replace flooring to improve waterproofing - Replace shower wet walls and reseal around bath. - Supply and replace vanity. - Install shower screen (supplied). End goal is basic & practical reno to second upstairs bathroom primarily to ensure best possible water tightness. Open to suggestions.
