Bathroom extension 2x3/4m ish

We want to build outside the current footprint of the house. So will need some roofing and three new exterior walls. Size will be around 2x3/4meters for quotation purposes. House is plywood cladding with aluminium joinery. It’s on a slope and most of the underside of the house is easily accessible. There is a deck in place currently that will need to be assessed and possibly beefed up to build onto but we are open to alternative suggestions. The house has a downstairs bedroom and en-suite, so assume we could plum to that. drainage options still need to be properly looked at. We would be very greatful if someone could give us a ball park figure for something like this, we need to get it sorted in the coming year but don’t yet know what amount we should be saving for. Even just a dollars per square meter would be a great help!
