Bathroom re-tile and replace spa bath

We have two bathrooms where we would like the floors re-tiled - probably using some glossy blackish tile. Both bathrooms currently have underfloor heating. Bathroom 1 - L shaped approx 3m x 1.5m + 1m x 1m. Retile the floor and the shower. If possible and this would be dependent on cost – remove the lip in the shower so shower is level with the floor. This would probably need new shower doors but if we can reuse the existing ones that would be preferred. Bathroom 2 – approx. 3m x 3m Retile the floor - shower can stay as it is. Replace the existing spa bath with a stand alone bath similar to the one in the image attached. As the spa bath is in good nick – hardly used by us – would like to get some type of trade-in or something similar. Would need to do some tiling on the wall to replace existing wall tiles once spa bath removed
