We have a big renovation job to do. Architect plans have been drawn up with detailed specs coming in the next few days. We are moving an internal staircase, relocating both the kitchen and laundry, extending by 1m into the subfloor space to increase the width of downstairs, new windows, doors, extend the bathroom, and make alterations to bedrooms to make them fit for purpose. This is not a general kitchen/bathroom renovation. We expect to have almost a new house when it's finished. Not interested in hearing from builders that don't have experience in major renovations. Expecting to have the work started mid-late 2022 given how busy the trades sector is at the moment.
