Operation Bathroom Fix
Job description
Wanting to renovate a damaged bathroom (water leak due to the bath tub not properly grouted nor the tiles surrounding the tub properly sealed. Water getting through the small gaps of the tub and tiles causing moist floor boards, mold in tiles that have spread to the bedroom next door and a moldy window frame). Because of this, we've had to take the gib board off in the bedroom to stop the mold from spreading but to also check where the leak was coming from. I figured it would be a good idea to just renovate the bathroom since it seems it will be a bit of a job to fix everything up. (FYI, I only purchased the property two weeks ago, these damages are due to the neglect of the previous landlord who had advised me that this issue had been fixed before I purchased the property - he lied).

Jimmy was awesome to deal with and he carried out his work sufficiently. Communication skills were on point so I highly recommend him for any jobs needed done. Stoked with the work that he and his father did for our bathroom.
