Bedford Street renovations.

Hi there, We are looking for a suitably qualified building company to help bring our renovation plans to reality. We have recently completed drawings with a draftsman (who is an LBP), and they have been submitted to the council for building consent. Full working drawings and specifications can be provided (via email) to those who are interested. High-level scope of work includes: - Increasing floor area from 111m2 to 119m2 - extending lounge area over the existing porch area. - removing internal walls to create open floor living/dining area. - replace some existing windows - new bi-fold aluminium doors, to access deck from living/dining areas. - new internal bi-fold doors to separate dining from living areas. - remove existing wardrobe and create a walk-in wardrobe for master bedroom. - kitchen renovation (final design still to be determined) - new weatherboard cladding - raised flooring to match existing floor level. - new ramp and handrail - new roof over lean-to. - new deck - new flooring throughout the entire house. Timelines: We are wanting to get a builder on board ASAP, with a completion of before Christmas, December 2020. Next steps?
