Removal and installation of kitchen

We are currently designing a new kitchen with placemakers/bunnings -yet to finalise design. We will need a builder to remove built in cupboards as shown in picture, insulate and new gib on that wall and add in cavity slider door, remove old cabinets, install new cabinets, benchtop etc and bring in electrician, plumber, tiler when required. Will also need a gas fitter to run gas line to other side of kitchen and range hood to be installed on internal wall and ducting through ceiling and out to soffit.
