Bathroom renovation

The floorboards have rotted so guess its time to do a full bathroom renovation. No plumbing will be moved and will be swapping out like for like (shower, toilet, bath, vanity). The floor will def need to be fixed and replaced and im thinking about moving to tiled floors (as opposed to the current vinyl) and maybe a bit on the wall, either around the bath only or depending on cost, will go 1m up the wall. maybe new lighting too. Bathroom is probably medium to large size. Bathroom pretty old and dated, prob 90s bathroom??
