Replace old bathroom and toilet, fix distressed wall lining, tile.

I am buying a house built in 1975. It still has the original bathroom. One of the walls has a distressed wall lining and needs attention. I want to replace the bathroom (includes a toilet) with a fairly inexpensive (eg Bunnings) but more modern bathroom, have an over-the-bath shower and a bath screen. Tiling around the bath. There is also a separate toilet and I want that replaced with a modern one, too. I get the keys to the house on Friday 9th August and will be there, decorating, until (including) at least Tuesday, 13th August. If you can come and look at the job to give me a quote at that time, that would be great.
