Full Home Renovation

Hi, I’m looking at making a bid on a property, the home is completely gutted and needs extensive work. Basically I would look to have 2 wet room bathrooms, a standard/modern kitchen, polish the timber floors, a deck off the front and hardies whether board cladding. Retaining walls and a driveway is also required. I really just need someone to give me a rough idea on cost, then I can look to purchase and take the builder on to complete. I do have the current plans, council consent docs etc available. I'm assuming a rough estimate can be made off the plans? Cheers
